Role & responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of SAP S/4HANA implementation or upgrade projects.
  • Create and track project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with functional, technical, and business teams to ensure solution alignment.
  • Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Lead project governance, change management, and compliance with SAP methodologies.
  • Oversee testing cycles (SIT, UAT), cutover planning, data migration, and go-live support.
  • Provide clear communication and status reporting to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Facilitate workshops, steering committee meetings, and stakeholder discussions

Required Qualification

  • Bachelors degree in IT, Business, or related field.
  • 57 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in SAP projects.
  • Proven track record of managing full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations or migrations.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Activate methodology (ASAP or Agile experience preferred).
  • Working knowledge of SAP core modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, etc.).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in global, fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualification

  • SAP S/4HANA certification (functional or technical).
  • Experience with Agile or hybrid project delivery.
  • Industry exposure in manufacturing, retail, logistics, or similar domains.
  • Familiarity with SAP integration tools (PI/PO, BTP, etc.) and third-party vendors.
