Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned SAP CoE Lead with strong technical and functional expertise to drive SAP strategy, architecture, and operational excellence. This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll oversee SAP governance, optimize processes, manage programs, and deliver maximum value from our SAP landscape while providing hands-on technical guidance and driving innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and enforce SAP technical standards, governance, and best practices
  • Lead SAP architecture strategy across on-premise, cloud, S/4HANA, and BTP landscapes
  • Drive process standardization, automation, and operational efficiency
  • Oversee SAP operations, system upgrades, performance tuning, and service delivery
  • Manage SAP programs, projects, and reusable technical assets
  • Build and maintain SAP knowledge repositories and training materials
  • Manage vendors, licensing, and system integrations
  • Ensure compliance, security, and risk management across SAP systems

What We're Looking For:

  • 7+ years of SAP experience, including program/project and CoE leadership
  • Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, BTP, and hybrid landscapes
  • Hands-on SAP ABAP development experience
  • Knowledge of SAP SAC, BW, Datasphere, and ODS for data management & analytics
  • Proven track record in process optimization, automation, and digital transformation
  • Excellent stakeholder management, technical leadership, and communication skills
