Role & responsibilities

  • Knowledge of CNC, VMC operating, and setting.
  • Troubleshooting Knowledge of CNC and VMC M/c.
  • Programming Knowledge of CNC and VMC machines.
  • Responsible for the Daily Production team meeting.
  • Rejection control & Why Why Why analysis.
  • Handle rejection analysis through 8D method & take appropriate CAPA
  • Monitor production efficiency, reduce waste, and improve productivity.
  • Cycle Time Reduce.
  • 4M analysis to support the high line efficiency
  • Manpower Handling.
  • Material Planning according to the customer schedule.
  • Knowledge calculation OOE.
