Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team and promote Indiamart's B2B platform to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets through direct field interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential B2B clients and generate new leads through field visits and networking.
  • Present and demonstrate the benefits of Indiamart's B2B platform to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions using Indiamart's platform.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to optimize sales strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, field sales, or similar roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to client engagement.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
  • Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred.
