who can deeply understand how our drivers and customers feel — and turn those insights into actions that shape our product, design, and brand.

This is not a desk job. This is a
frontline leadership role
where empathy meets execution.

What You'll Do

  • Interact directly with
    drivers and customers
    to understand their challenges, suggestions, and patterns.
  • Convert real feedback into
    actionable insights
    for product, design, and marketing teams.
  • Work with the
    UI/UX team
    to simplify journeys, reduce friction, and build delight.
  • Track and analyse driver/customer data to identify what's working and what's not.
  • Collaborate across teams tech, design, support, and marketing — to make sure every CabsWale interaction feels seamless.
  • Be the internal voice of our users, every decision you influence should make their life easier.

What We're Looking For

We don't need a management degree. We need
real curiosity
about people, products, and progress.

If you've:

  • Ever built something based on user feedback (a product, campaign, or system).
  • Love analysing why users behave a certain way.
  • Can blend logic and empathy — understand data and emotion.
  • Are excited to talk to hundreds of drivers or customers just to find one big insight.

Experience in
operations, product management, UX research, or customer success
is a bonus, but passion for solving real problems is a must.

The Selection Rounds

We don't test for management jargon — we test for clarity and empathy.

  1. The Ground Round: You'll get a real-world problem faced by our users. Your task — solve it your way and explain your approach.

  2. The Insight Round: A deep conversation on how you think about user behaviour, process improvement, and design flow.

  3. The Team Fit Day: Spend a day with us in Gurgaon HQ — meet our drivers, join real feedback calls, brainstorm improvements live with our product team.
