As a data entry intern at Ziegler Aerospace, you will have the opportunity to work with a leading company in the aerospace industry. This role will provide valuable hands-on experience in data management while allowing you to collaborate with a team of professionals in a fast-paced environment.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Perform accurate and timely data entry, ensuring all records are up-to-date and error-free
  • Organize and manage electronic and physical files for easy retrieval and reference
  • Assist in creating and optimizing reports using MS Excel, including pivot tables and data visualization tools
  • Conduct regular quality checks to identify and correct data inconsistencies
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather and verify data as required
  • Ensure compliance with data security and confidentiality policies to maintain sensitive information integrity
  • Support process automation by identifying areas where efficiency can be improved
  • Participate in team discussions and provide insights to improve data-handling processes
  • Take initiative in learning new tools and software to enhance data management skills
  • Adapt to changing priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy
