The Role

We're looking for a
Business Development Intern
for a
6-month internship
who's eager to learn, talk to people, engage with prospects, and explore how businesses grow. This role is perfect for someone who wants real-world exposure in sales and client interaction.

What You'll Do

  • Reach out to potential clients via calls, networking, and digital platforms.

  • Engage with prospects to understand their needs and build trust.

  • Assist in building client relationships and presenting Grownex's services.

  • Support follow-ups and help convert leads into opportunities.

  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure client requirements are met.

  • Learn how to track leads, maintain reports, and analyze progress.

  • Get exposure to market research and competitor analysis.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication skills in
    Telugu, English, and Hindi
    .

  • Confidence in starting conversations and eagerness to learn sales strategies.

  • Positive, self-motivated attitude with a willingness to take initiative.

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.

  • Freshers/students looking to gain 6 months of hands-on experience are welcome
