As a Technical Support Engineer (TSE), you'll be at the frontlines of this mission: helping customers resolve complex technical challenges, ensuring reliability across connectors and integrations, and shaping how Atlan scales support excellence as we grow.
Whether you're debugging a data pipeline issue, guiding a customer through an API configuration, or identifying recurring product signals that inform engineering fixes — your work directly contributes to customer success, product quality, and operational scale.

Your Mission at Atlan

Be the technical backbone of our Support team — troubleshoot complex product, integration, and data stack issues for our customers.

Reduce Engineering dependency by performing deep debugging and documenting clear, complete RCAs (root-cause analyses).

Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to escalate issues and surface actionable insights.

Contribute to process maturity — create reusable documentation, playbooks, and automation scripts that help scale support quality.

Champion the customer experience — ensure every issue is resolved with speed, clarity, and empathy.

Grow as a product and data expert — learn continuously across tools like Fivetran, Snowflake, Databricks, dbt, and beyond.
What makes you a great fit

Proven experience supporting or troubleshooting SaaS, data, or integration products.

Hands-on familiarity with SQL, REST APIs, and authentication mechanisms (OAuth, service accounts, tokens, etc.).

Understanding of modern data stack components — Snowflake, Databricks, Fivetran, BigQuery, dbt, or similar.

Exceptional communication and documentation skills — clear, empathetic, and structured.

A strong ownership mindset — proactive, curious, and driven to deliver results without waiting for direction.
Please note:
This is a remote role with working hours from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM IST.
