Description

Client is seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team as a Design Specialist (Business). In this role, you will leverage your extensive background in UX design to understand client requirements, articulate design solutions, and drive business growth through design solutions.

Role & Responsibilities

Be the face of the studio to evangelize design, create compelling design driven solutions/proposals for new & existing clients

Utilize design thinking methodologies to analyze customer needs and develop innovative design solutions that address their pain points effectively.

Create compelling presentations and proposals to showcase the studios's design capabilities and win new business opportunities.

Expert hands on design expertise across user research, design strategy & user experience. Should be able to articulate & drive design led workshops with global leaders.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to understand client requirements and challenges across different sectors and mediums.

Be responsible for project estimation & scoping through the design lifecycle

Efficiently overseeing the sales bid process through adept handling of RFI and RFP responses

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, and internal teams, to drive successful pre-sales initiatives and secure new business opportunities.

Collaborating with the sales and design teams to develop customized design solutions that meet client needs and align with company capabilities.

Must have Skills

Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX design solutioning and with a strong understanding of customer challenges across sectors and mediums.

Deep expertise across user research, design strategy, visual design, user experience etc with a proven track record of hands on experience of at least 5+ years in the UX industry.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex design concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically to develop innovative solutions.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.

Knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the design sector to stay ahead of the curve and offer innovative solutions to clients.

Familiarity with design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc., to create design prototypes, presentations, and collateral.

Thoroughness in reviewing proposals, contracts, and other documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness in all client communications.

Ability to ideate, think on your feet & respond quickly to client challenges.

Previous experience of working in cross-functional & global teams.
