Role & responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the girls hostel.
  • Maintain accurate records of hostel residents, attendance, and room allocations.
  • Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, and catering staff to ensure hygiene and cleanliness.
  • Manage hostel budget, supplies, and inventory.
  • Conduct regular checks to ensure compliance with hostel rules and regulations.
  • Handle emergencies such as illness, accidents, or disciplinary issues promptly.
  • Foster a respectful and inclusive environment among residents.
  • Ensure proper medical assistance for students in case of sickness or emergencies.
  • Liaise with medical staff and parents when required.
  • Prepare monthly reports on hostel functioning, attendance, and discipline.
  • Handle complaints and grievances with sensitivity and fairness.

  • Full-time residential position (must stay in the hostel premises).
