Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote technical support to global data center customers, including major clients like Amazon and Microsoft.
  • Troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve issues related to BMS (Building Management Systems).
  • Assist in installation and commissioning of systems remotely.
  • Act as the first point of contact for technical queries and provide end-to-end support.
  • Coordinate with R&D teams and on-ground customer teams for issue resolution and process improvement.
  • Maintain accurate logs of support cases and document troubleshooting steps.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2 to 7 years of experience in technical support roles, preferably within building automation or data center infrastructure.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with BMS systems.
  • Experience in installation and commissioning (onsite or remote).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Exposure to working with global clients and enterprise environments.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior exposure to supporting high-profile clients such as Amazon or Microsoft.
  • Familiarity with remote diagnostics tools and collaboration with cross-functional teams including R&D.
