  • Concept selling and solution structuring for enterprise clients
  • Business development mindset with upsell and retention focus
  • Familiarity with HRMS or HR Tech platforms is a strong advantage

  • Own client relationships and drive retention across key accounts
  • Lead onboarding, engagement, and success strategies for CXO-level clients
  • Identify upsell and upgrade opportunities to expand partnerships
  • Structure tailored solutions aligned to client goals
  • Leverage internal assets—community, research, and insights—to deliver value
