Role Description

This full-time on-site role, based in Gurugram, is tailored for Diploma students in Design and Tooling (DAT). The role involves hands-on assistance with designing, tooling operations, and ensuring quality control processes. Day-to-day activities include working closely with the production team, maintaining tools and equipment, analyzing schematics, and contributing to the development of advanced thermal system components.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment maintenance
  • An understanding of quality control standards and troubleshooting techniques
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and handle technical challenges
  • Strong commitment to adhering to operational safety procedures
  • Diploma/ITI's in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics , RAC, Production, Automobile, Plastic, Mechatronics or a related field is required
  • Prior internship or hands-on experience in a manufacturing setup is an added advantage
