We are looking for a skilled Trainer with 3 to 9 years of experience to train students in Automotive Manufacturing technology. The position is based in Gurugram.

*Roles and Responsibility*

  • Train students in Automotive Manufacturing technology as per the syllabus.
  • Guide and connect with students to ensure their understanding of mechanical-automobile subjects.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs.
  • Evaluate student progress and provide feedback.
  • Collaborate with other trainers to achieve common goals.
  • Stay updated on industrial trends and shop-floor practices.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field, preferably in education or training.
  • Strong knowledge of Mechanical-Automobile subjects.
  • Ability to connect with students and guide them effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Age: Minimum 26 years.
  • Educational qualifications: B.E, Post Graduate Diploma.
