Role Overview:

We are seeking to onboard Indirect Tax professionals with around 1 year of experience in client advisory and litigation. The key responsibilities for this role include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrating strong analytical skills, including the ability to conduct research using legal databases.
  • Possessing knowledge of case laws within the relevant legal framework, staying informed about regulatory updates, and understanding their impact on assigned clients.
  • Having proficiency in English and excellent drafting skills.
  • Creating and disseminating updates on the latest trends to the team.
  • Conducting quick research to develop a theoretical understanding of laws and acts.

Required Skillset:

  • Advising clients on various aspects of GST (must) and Customs, State Excise, SEZ laws (preferred).
  • Handling litigation and investigation assignments, including drafting replies, appeals, and briefing counsels and senior counsels.
