Job Description: As an Investor/Investing Partner at BtrOpsn Software Pvt.Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization by providing strategic investment guidance and financial support. You will collaborate closely with the executive team to drive business growth, expand our market presence, and maximize returns on investment. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Investment Planning: Develop and implement investment strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives and financial targets.
  2. Financial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and due diligence on potential investment opportunities, assessing risks and opportunities to inform decision-making.
  3. Portfolio Management: Manage the investment portfolio, monitoring performance, identifying areas for optimization, and making strategic adjustments as needed.
  4. Partnership Development: Cultivate and maintain relationships with potential investors, partners, and stakeholders to explore collaboration opportunities and secure funding.
  5. Risk Management: Evaluate and mitigate investment risks, ensuring a balanced and diversified portfolio that aligns with the company's risk tolerance and investment objectives.
  6. Performance Reporting: Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and investors, providing insights into investment activities and outcomes.
  7. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify emerging opportunities and threats that may impact investment decisions.
  8. Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures governing investment activities, maintaining transparency and accountability at all times.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CFA designation preferred.
  • Proven experience in investment management, private equity, venture capital, or related fields, with a track record of successful investments and portfolio management.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to conduct thorough financial analysis, assess investment opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of identifying opportunities for growth and driving initiatives to achieve business objectives.
