Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing strategies to promote our brand, drive website traffic, generate leads, and enhance customer engagement across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels such as SEO, SEM (Google Ads), social media, email, and display advertising.
  • Manage and grow the company's social media presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Conduct keyword research, on-page/off-page SEO optimization, and monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
  • Create, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to achieve targeted ROI.
  • Develop engaging content for digital campaigns, email newsletters, landing pages, and blogs.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics to management with actionable insights.
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure brand consistency and compelling communication.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Proven work experience (1–3 years) as a Digital Marketing Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Ads, social media management, and email marketing platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.).
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize strategies.
  • Creative thinker with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹35,000.00 per month
