Your Mission

As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Bictree, you will craft and execute powerful marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across multiple digital channels.

What You'll DoStrategic Digital Campaign Execution

• Plan, execute, and optimize data-driven digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
• Develop high-impact strategies for Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube advertising.
• Use A/B testing, audience segmentation, and AI-powered tools to enhance campaign performance.

Social Media Growth & Engagement

• Lead social media strategy, crafting engaging content that drives growth and brand loyalty.
• Implement cutting-edge tactics on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok to increase reach and engagement.
• Collaborate with content creators and designers to produce viral-worthy digital content.

SEO & Content Optimization

• Drive organic traffic growth through advanced SEO techniques, keyword strategy, and on-page/off-page optimization.
• Analyze and refine content marketing strategies to ensure high search rankings and brand visibility.
• Stay ahead of Google algorithm updates and AI-driven content optimization trends.

Data-Driven Marketing & Performance Analysis

• Track and measure campaign success using Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and AI-powered marketing tools.
• Generate insights from data-driven reports, optimizing strategies for higher ROI and audience engagement.
• Implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies to maximize digital ad performance.

Marketing Innovation & Trends

• Stay updated on AI-driven marketing tools, automation, and emerging digital trends.
• Experiment with influencer marketing, metaverse branding, and new-age digital experiences.
• Continuously innovate and integrate the latest growth-hacking techniques into marketing strategies.

Who You Are

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or social media marketing.
• Proven expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, and content marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, HubSpot, and AI-driven marketing tools.
• Ability to analyze data, optimize campaigns, and improve performance using data insights.
• Creative thinker with a passion for emerging trends, AI automation, and innovative digital experiences.
• Experience in email marketing, influencer collaborations, and growth hacking is a plus.
