About the Opportunity

We're looking for a skilled and creative Video Editor to join our dynamic team in Bangalore.

If you have a keen eye for detail, a passion for visual storytelling, and love turning raw footage into compelling content — this is your next big opportunity

Key Responsibilities

:

  • Edit short-form content (Reels, YouTube Shorts) with strong pacing, storytelling flow, and high-quality transitions.
  • Incorporate environment-oriented elements, creative overlays, and engaging visual effects.
  • Design posters, thumbnails, and basic graphics using Canva or similar tools.
  • Create visually appealing content for multiple clients across different industries.
  • Use AI creatively to enhance edits (if applicable).
  • Collaborate with the content team for moodboards, style references, and final output delivery.
  • Maintain deadlines and deliver consistent quality.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of CapCut or any similar mobile/desktop editing software.
  • Good understanding of Canva for poster and graphic design.
  • Ability to cut, trim, sync, and assemble raw footage into polished short videos.
  • Creative sense for pacing, aesthetics, hooks, and audience engagement.
  • Ability to understand brand tone and adapt editing style for different clients.

Added Advantage (Bonus Skills):

  • Knowledge of AI tools like Veo, Sora, Runway, or other AI editing/generation platforms.
  • Basic to intermediate skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Experience in color grading, sound design, and advanced transitions.
  • Ability to work with templates, LUTs, overlays, and motion graphics.
