Full job description

Develop and executes marketing strategies to promote software services, conducts market research, creates and manages campaigns across digital and traditional channels, analyzes campaign performance, and collaborates with sales and other teams. Key skills include strong communication, strategic thinking, analytical abilities, creativity, and proficiency in marketing tools and software.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing plans: Create and implement marketing strategies to promote software products and services.
  • Market research and analysis: Analyze customer trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
  • Campaign management: Develop and manage digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and content marketing.
  • Content creation: Create engaging content for various marketing materials, such as blog posts, social media updates, and brochures.
  • Performance tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools and provide reports to management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, design, and content teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business goals.
  • Relationship management: Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and media outlets.
  • Event management: Organize and participate in promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Experience: 1-2 Yrs.
  • Analytical skills: Ability to analyze data, measure campaign performance, and identify key insights.
  • Communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for creating content and collaborating with teams.
  • Creativity: Ability to generate innovative ideas for marketing campaigns and content.
  • Strategic thinking: Capacity to develop and execute long-term marketing plans.
  • Technical proficiency: Familiarity with marketing tools, such as CRM software, analytics platforms, and project management tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Saravanampatti, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
