We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at our Preowned Car Showroom and Detailing Studio. This role is designed for someone passionate about the automotive industry and digital marketing, with a focus on driving online visibility, customer engagement, and sales growth. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and executing digital marketing campaigns, optimizing online presence, and enhancing brand awareness to help us attract potential customers and retain loyal clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Digital Marketing Strategy Development**:

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, leads, and sales for our preowned car showroom and detailing studio.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Manage and grow social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring brand voice, engagement, and content quality are maintained.
- Monitor social media channels for customer feedback, comments, and inquiries, responding promptly and professionally.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns (Facebook/Instagram Ads, etc.) for both showroom and detailing services to increase awareness and generate leads.
- **Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Search Engine Marketing (SEM)**:

- Optimize website content for search engines to improve rankings and organic traffic.
- Manage Google Ads campaigns, focusing on targeted keywords for car sales, preowned cars, detailing services, and local SEO to increase online visibility.
- **Online Reputation Management**:

- Monitor online reviews and ratings (Google, Yelp, etc.) for both the showroom and detailing studio.
- Respond to customer reviews and feedback in a timely and professional manner to enhance the brand’s reputation.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:

- Use tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other reporting tools to track campaign performance, website traffic, customer behavior, and sales metrics.
- Provide regular reports and insights on digital marketing efforts to senior management, with recommendations for continuous improvement.
- **Collaborations & Partnerships**:

- Collaborate with automotive influencers, local businesses, and other potential partners to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- **Content Creation**:

- Produce engaging, high-quality content for the website, blogs, social media, and digital ads (including photography, video content, and graphic design) that highlight vehicles, detailing services, and customer experiences.
- **Brand Development**:

- Maintain consistency in messaging, visual identity, and brand voice across all digital platforms to ensure a cohesive brand presence.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the automotive industry or a related field.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Hootsuite, MailChimp, Canva, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Experience with online advertising, especially Facebook and Google Ads.
- A passion for cars, automotive services, and keeping up with industry trends is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in graphic design and video editing (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) is a plus.
- Knowledge of automotive terminology and understanding of the preowned car market.

**Work Environment**:

- Flexible working hours with the possibility of remote work, though in-person presence at the showroom and studio may be required for specific tasks (photoshoots, customer interaction, etc.).
