Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Showroom Manager at our Surat location. The Showroom Manager will oversee daily showroom operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and manage sales activities. Responsibilities include leading customer service efforts, maintaining an exceptional customer experience, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves training and supervising staff, managing inventory, and upholding the showroom's presentation standards.

Qualifications

  • Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Customer Experience skills
  • Proven Sales skills and experience in managing showrooms
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in an on-site environment
  • Experience in the jewelry industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
