Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Showroom Manager at our Borivali location. The Showroom Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, meeting sales targets, and maintaining an inviting showroom environment. Responsibilities include staff management, inventory control, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction and experience.

Qualifications

- Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Customer Experience skills
- Sales and Showroom management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Previous experience in retail management is preferred
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is beneficial
