Prepare and review detailed BOQs, quantity take-offs for Civil, Structural, all Finishes, Interior

works, external development and Infrastructure works.


• Analyse tender documents, drawings, BOQ and Specifications.


• Prepare rate analysis based on market rates, material specifications, and manpower norms.


• Material reconciliation


• Monitor project cost vs. budget, identify variances, highlight deviations and implement

corrective actions.


• Prepare preliminary & detailed cost to complete estimates.


• Analyse budget variance and recommend cost-saving measures and support value engineering

initiatives.


• Co-ordinate with project, site, planning, Sub-contract and procurement teams.


• Preparing Sub-contract packages, floating the enquiries to vendors, obtaining and evaluating

vendor/ subcontractor quotations and prepare comparison sheets.


• Maintain cost databases, QS documentation of quantity take-offs, revisions, and drawings and

update cost norms periodically.


• Prepare regular MIS reports related to quantities and BOQ updates, cost, budget utilization, and

forecast.


• Participate in pre-bid and post-bid meetings for technical and commercial discussions.


• To visit project sites as when required for tracking and verification of quantities.
