Work closely with the actuarial team and take part in various analytical projects. The team conceptualizes designs and develops innovative MI (management information) reports for senior management. Ownership of data for any analysis lies with the team; so the team members are extremely proficient in handling large databases and creating and maintaining databases. One of the core objectives of the team is to design and automate manual processes using the latest technologies. With a high level of technical expertise enhanced with actuarial and financial knowledge, the team delivers high-end analytical answers.

What youll be DOING

What will your essential responsibilities include?

  • Manage Quarter/Monthly process along with Reporting.
  • Monthly Incurred & Large Loss report, Segment Actual vs Expected.
  • Financial MI reporting.
  • Ownership of data required for all kinds of actuarial analysis along with audit & control checks.
  • Corporate Projects, GLT, Cash Flows Analysis, PDR Analysis, Budget Planning, Actuarial Transformation Project (EE), etc.
  • Projects: Managing SPARTA (internal reserving tool) development, exploring new tools to be used for reporting and analytics, Analytics lab, C-Site.

You will report to Specialist, AFR.

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • University Graduate (B.E/B.Tech/CS/IT) with a minimum of 60% and above.
  • Relevant years of experience in Architect and implement AI solutions: Design and oversee end-to-end AI architectures that integrate seamlessly with existing IT and data infrastructure, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
  • Evaluate and recommend technologies: Assess AI/ML platforms, frameworks, and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, cloud AI services) to ensure alignment with business needs and technical feasibility.
  • Knowledge of MS Azure (preferred) services Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Explorer, Storage, Azure Data lake, Synapse Analytics, Azure Analysis services and Databricks.
  • Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good working knowledge of SQL, Python and Power BI is a mandate.
