Orange circle Energy Private Limited is hiring

  • Position- Accounts manager

  • Location- Gurgaon

In this role, you'll :

  • Maintain and update general ledger accounts and journal entries.
  • Prepare and file monthly GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory filings.
  • Process invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements accurately and timely.
  • Prepare and file monthly PF/ESI filings.
  • Prepare and file ITRS
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations and cash flow management.
  • Support in the preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and audit schedules.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Preparing Balance sheets
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors for financial audits.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and tax laws.
  • Handle vendor and customer account reconciliations.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance /(CA Intern)
  • 0-3 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Tally, MS Excel,
  • Good understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory requirements.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
