Position: L2 Engineer – OSS/NMS Operations SupportLocation: New Delhi (Onsite, shift-based)Openings: 20Employment Type: Full-timeAbout the Role

We are looking for L2 Engineers with OSS/NMS expertise to provide operational support for HPE's OSS Solution deployment at a customer site in New Delhi. This role will require 24x7 shift coverage in a mission-critical environment, ensuring smooth operations, troubleshooting, and application stability.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Handle day-to-day operational issues for deployed OSS/NMS systems.
  2. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and provide permanent fixes for recurring issues.
  3. Conduct product patch testing, deployment, and upgrades.
  4. Analyze application/system logs and resolve technical problems.
  5. Manage incident, problem, and change management processes (as per ITIL).
  6. Perform system monitoring, health checks, patching, and performance tuning.
  7. Implement configuration changes as per SOPs and customer requirements.
  8. Provide L2 technical escalation support to the L1 operations team.

Required Skills & Experience

  1. 3.5+ years of technical experience in OSS/NMS environments.
  2. Strong knowledge of Linux server environments.
  3. SQL, Shell scripting, and Python programming skills.
  4. Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
  5. Hands-on experience in application log analysis, troubleshooting, and system monitoring.
  6. Experience working in a 24x7 high-pressure operations support environment.
  7. Working knowledge of MS Excel for reporting & analysis.
  8. Excellent communication skills in English or Hindi.

Preferred (Good to Have)

  1. Experience with HPE OSS Products (TeMIP, UCA, UOC, SP, SMAX, PMS, WFM, Truview Inventory).
  2. Prior exposure to telecom/NMS/OSS deployments.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
