We're looking for an experienced
IT Support Engineer (L2 Level)
who can take care of our day-to-day IT operations and keep our systems running smoothly. The person should be good with networks, servers, backups, and basic troubleshooting, and make sure everything—from internet to emails—works without interruption.

Key Responsibilities:

A) Network & Internet

  • Ensure
    smooth internet connectivity
    and zero downtime.
  • Manage routers, switches, and Wi-Fi networks.
  • Coordinate with the internet service provider whenever needed.

B) Computer Maintenance

  • Handle
    repairs, upgrades, and replacements
    of company computers.
  • Help staff with day-to-day system issues.

C) Server & Backups

  • Take
    regular data backups
    on the server and ensure data safety.
  • Maintain and monitor servers for proper performance.

D) Security & Antivirus

  • Keep all systems updated with
    active antivirus protection
    .
  • Be alert about any
    cyber threats or security issues
    .

E) Email & Outlook Support

  • Manage
    Microsoft Outlook setup, configuration, and backup
    .
  • Help team members with email issues or synchronization errors.

F) MIS & Reports

  • Support in
    MIS updates and data reports
    as needed by management.
  • Maintain IT documentation, logs, and records.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Qualification:
    Graduate or Diploma in IT / Computer Science.
  • Experience:
    3–5 years in IT Support (L2 level).
  • Knowledge of:
  • Networking (LAN/WAN, Routers, Switches, Firewalls)
  • Windows systems and servers
  • Antivirus and security management
  • Outlook / Office 365
  • Good communication skills and a
    problem-solving attitude
    .

Preferred Qualities:

  • Reliable and proactive — someone who can handle IT independently.
  • Keeps calm under pressure and finds quick solutions.
  • Open to learning and staying updated with new IT tools.
