We are looking for a driven Sales Executive to build strong client relationships, drive revenue growth, and support the company's expansion in the food ingredients space. This role offers high visibility and the opportunity to work directly with leadership, including the CEO, enabling accelerated career progression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and convert new customers, including food manufacturers, distributors, and foodservice players.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Track market trends and competitor activity to support business strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and timely delivery.
- Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
- Travel as required for customer visits and business development.
Qualifications & Experience:
- MBA with specialization in Sales from a reputed institute; UG in Engineering preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and deliver results.
- Willingness to travel frequently as part of the role.
