Your Mission:
Own and evolve our brand's voice, storytelling, and content strategy across all social media platforms.
Decide what content goes where — from quirky Reels on Instagram to informative posts on LinkedIn.
Create and manage a monthly social media calendar that drives engagement, loyalty, and brand love.
Lead the visual storytelling of Dam Good Fish — strong design direction and storytelling through visuals is non-negotiable.
Collaborate with designers or use tools like Canva/Adobe to develop scroll-stopping creatives.
Monitor trends, analyze post performance, and tweak content strategy for maximum impact.
You'll Thrive If You:
Are a story-first thinker who understands how to translate brand values into engaging content.
Have a strong grip on platform-specific content formats (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
Can blend creativity with clarity — writing crisp, witty, and brand-aligned copy.
Understand consumer psychology and how to build long-term brand affinity.
Have experience working with social tools and managing content calendars.
