Shift Timing: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month
Job Summary:
We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals for the UPSTOX IB Process. This is a purely customer service role with no sales and no targets involved. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to resolve customer queries effectively. Freshers are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails related to customer queries.
- Provide accurate information and timely resolutions to customers.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy while dealing with clients.
- Record and update customer interactions in the system.
- Collaborate with the operations team for smooth query handling.
- Ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum HSC pass (Graduate preferred).
- Good command of English communication (verbal & written).
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Active listening and problem-solving ability.
- Patience and customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work in a team as well as independently.
Experience:
- Freshers can apply.
- Prior experience in customer service / BPO / financial services will be an added advantage.
