Shift Timing: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary:

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals for the UPSTOX IB Process. This is a purely customer service role with no sales and no targets involved. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to resolve customer queries effectively. Freshers are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails related to customer queries.
  • Provide accurate information and timely resolutions to customers.
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy while dealing with clients.
  • Record and update customer interactions in the system.
  • Collaborate with the operations team for smooth query handling.
  • Ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum HSC pass (Graduate preferred).
  • Good command of English communication (verbal & written).
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Active listening and problem-solving ability.
  • Patience and customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work in a team as well as independently.

Experience:

  • Freshers can apply.
  • Prior experience in customer service / BPO / financial services will be an added advantage.
