Job Role: Personal Driver (Family & Office Duties)1. Driving Responsibilities

  • Daily pick-up and drop of Sir/Madam to the office.
  • Safe pick-up and drop of family members, including children and elders.
  • School, tuition, market, doctor, and airport drop/pick-up as required.
  • Pick-up and drop of guests whenever needed.
  • Availability for urgent or last-minute travel requirements.

2. Vehicle Care & Maintenance

  • Daily cleaning of the vehicle (interior & exterior).
  • Refueling the vehicle when required.
  • Regular checks of tyre pressure, engine oil, coolant, and overall vehicle condition.
  • Maintaining the service schedule and ensuring timely servicing.
  • Reporting any repair or maintenance issues immediately.

3. Safety & Conduct

  • Always follow traffic rules and ensure safe, responsible driving.
  • Good knowledge of city routes, highways, and alternative routes.
  • Practicing defensive driving and careful handling of the vehicle.
  • Maintaining complete privacy and confidentiality regarding family matters.

4. Time Management

  • Reporting on time and maintaining punctuality.
  • Planning routes efficiently, especially during peak traffic hours.
  • Flexibility with changing schedules and additional duties.

5. Additional Responsibilities

  • Running household errands (purchasing items, picking/dropping parcels).
  • Supporting in basic office tasks when required.
  • Accompanying the family for events or outstation trips (if needed).
  • Keeping track of vehicle documents such as insurance, PUC, and service records.
  • Ensuring safe parking and security of the vehicle after duty hours.

6. Required Skills

  • Valid LMV driving licence.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Good behavior, honesty, and discipline.
  • Ability to drive both automatic and manual vehicles.

7. Professional Conduct

  • Polite and respectful communication.
  • Trustworthy and responsible.
  • Maintaining confidentiality at all times.
