Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Zoho Developer to design, develop, and maintain Zoho applications and integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and other Zoho products to streamline business processes, automate workflows, and deliver scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Zoho applications, workflows, and custom functions using Zoho Creator and Zoho CRM.
  • Customize Zoho CRM modules, dashboards, and reports as per business requirements.
  • Automate business processes and workflows using Zoho Deluge scripting.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Zoho applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
  • Maintain documentation for all development and integration processes.
  • Stay updated with Zoho platform updates, new features, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Zoho Developer (Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of Zoho Deluge scripting and custom functions.
  • Experience with Zoho API integrations and webhooks.
  • Ability to design, develop, and implement Zoho workflows and business processes.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Zoho Certified Developer (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Experience with automation and reporting in Zoho Analytics.
  • Experience with Zoho Flow or other integration platforms.
