We're expanding our team and looking for a proactive HR & Admin Executive who can build and manage strong HR systems in our office. If you're passionate about people, structure, and culture — and want to play a key role in shaping our organization — this is your opportunity to grow with us.

Role Overview

The HR Executive will handle end-to-end HR operations and take ownership of setting up HR systems and policies for a growing digital agency.

You'll work directly with management to implement effective HR processes, ensure compliance, and create a great employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

Build and implement core HR systems – attendance, payroll, and documentation

Create and maintain HR policies, employee handbook, and company structure

Handle end-to-end recruitment – screening, interviews, onboarding, and exit

Maintain employee records and HR databases

Support payroll, attendance, and compliance reports

Design and manage performance management systems (OKRs, KPIs, appraisals)

Organize team engagement, training, and employee welfare activities

Coordinate office administration tasks and support management in daily operations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR / Management / Business Administration
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience (preferably in IT or digital marketing sector)
  • Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace / HR software
  • Ability to independently set up new HR systems and processes
  • Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
