Position: Dispatch Executive

Location: Bhiwandi,Navi Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing: Review and process dispatch orders, ensuring all items are prepared and packed according to customer specifications and company standards.
  • Shipment Coordination: Schedule and coordinate shipments with carriers and logistics providers. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers and distribution points.
  • Documentation: Prepare and verify shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, and shipping labels. Ensure all paperwork is accurate and complete.
  • Inventory Management: Coordinate with the inventory and warehousing teams to ensure that dispatches are managed efficiently and that stock levels are maintained.
  • Customer Communication: Communicate with customers regarding delivery schedules, order status, and any issues or changes related to their shipments.
  • Quality Control: Conduct quality checks on outgoing shipments to ensure that products meet the required standards and specifications.
  • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to dispatch, such as delays, damage, or incorrect shipments.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and prepare regular reports on shipment status, delivery performance, and any issues encountered.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all dispatch activities comply with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements.

Job Type: Full-time
