Role Objective:
Drive new business acquisition by identifying, pitching, and onboarding interior designers, architects, and turnkey contractors to Material Depot's ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential B2B clients (designers, studios, firms, contractors) and drive new client acquisition.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and demos to showcase Material Depot's offerings.
- Negotiate commercials, close deals, and ensure smooth onboarding
- Monitor and analyze market trends and the competitive landscape to craft winning proposals
- Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
Requirements
:
- 3-6 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Relationship roles, preferably in architecture, interiors, design, or allied industries.
- Strong background in conducting outreach campaigns (LinkedIn reach-outs, cold calling, in-person meetings, walk-ins, etc.).
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Hands-on experience with MS Office (Excel, Word); CRM tool knowledge is a plus.
- This is an on-field role – willingness to travel regularly to client offices as per business needs.
