Job Description:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Listing Specialist to manage and optimize our product or property listings across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining high-quality listings to drive visibility, traffic, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage listings on platforms such as [Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc. depending on industry].
  • Write compelling product/property descriptions and titles using SEO best practices.
  • Upload and optimize photos, videos, and other relevant media.
  • Monitor listings for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with platform guidelines.
  • Conduct regular audits and updates to ensure active and competitive listings.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and content teams to improve listing performance.
  • Analyze listing metrics and suggest improvements to increase views and conversions.
  • Handle bulk uploads and data entry tasks using Excel or listing management tools.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in listing management in e-commerce, real estate, or related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and listing tools.
  • Good understanding of SEO, keywords, and platform algorithms.
  • Ability to handle large volumes of data and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent written communication and content editing skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with listing tools like Channel Advisor, Auctiva, or similar.
  • Familiarity with photo editing or light graphic design (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
