Your Role
Create and drive CM improvement plans with Engagement Managers across multiple ADM engagements.Lead and sustain industrialization initiatives within the ADM Office.Collaborate with India Industrialization & Automation teams to implement best practices.Drive automation to improve process quality and team productivity.Coach teams on continuous improvement and showcase benefits internally and to clients.Conduct client workshops and present industrialization outcomes.Analyze performance metrics and report progress on automation initiatives. Your Profile
Proven expertise in Industrialization and Automation.Experience in Application Maintenance/Support projects.Strong understanding of Lean concepts.Demonstrated success in Process Improvement initiatives.Strong data analysis and reporting skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
