Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Odisha for a State Head. The State Head will be responsible for overseeing all operations within the state and ensuring alignment with the company's goals. Day-to-day tasks will include managing workflows, leading and coordinating teams, implementing strategies, and maintaining relationships with stakeholders. The role requires regular monitoring of performance metrics, developing and executing plans for growth, and ensuring compliance with statewide regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team coordination skills
- Strategic planning and implementation experience
- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
- Knowledge of statewide regulations and company policy adherence skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Experience in managing performance metrics and driving growth
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the Skill Development sector is a plus
