Roles & Responsibilities:
 Lead a team of Java developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support throughout the software development lifecycle

Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications and implementation plans.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust Java-based software solutions, adhering to best practices and coding standards.

Drive the development of comprehensive solution architectures, ensuring alignment with project objectives and scalability

Lead the breakdown of tasks within the team, fostering collaboration and efficiency in project execution

Play an integral role in release management activities, ensuring smooth deployment and delivery of solutions

Conduct code, reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to established design patterns and architectural principles

Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives within the development team, identifying opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and technologies.

Work Closely with Team to define strategies, resolve issues, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products

Provide technical leadership and support in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues encountered during development and production phases

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute project milestones, meet delivery deadlines, and achieve business objectives.

Nature of Experience:
Development in java J2ee using MVC framework (JSP/Servlet/Webservices/JSF/Struts/Spring ) 

Should have knowledge of Java,JSP,servlet,Oracle,Mysql,Apache solr,Apache kafka,bootstrap

Should have knowledge of Hibernate/JDBC, JBoss, Apache ,Junit,jquery,javascript, Java Webservices, SOAP,REST API,JSON

Multithreading, Linux,Jboss, microservices

Should have knowledge of Hibernate, Agile methodology

Also should have worked on GITHUB and SVN

Data Structure, Networking knowledge

Database(MySQL, Oracle, MVC framework, hibernate)

Very good experience in any application servers.

Skills
