For company details visit our website:    Tech Lead - Ads Team Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.  Experience: 7+ years' experience in Frontend technologies with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role Work timings:  2 PM to 11 PM IST   Position Requirements: * Expert-level proficiency with JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS/SCSS * Experience with front-end build tools and module bundlers (Webpack, Rollup, Vite) * Expertise with version control systems, particularly Git, and workflow strategies like GitFlow * Deep knowledge of advertising technologies including Google Ad Manager, theTradeDesk, AdRoll, and other ad delivery platforms * Experience in refactoring and modernizing legacy codebases * Experience architecting scalable front-end solutions for complex applications * Experience optimizing ad delivery and rendering for performance * Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies * Experience creating and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation for complex systems * Proven ability to design and set up efficient development environments for engineering teams * Strong understanding of front-end performance optimization techniques * Ability to balance technical debt management with new feature development * Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders * Strong experience setting up and managing npm repositories and package management * Expertise in creating and maintaining project scaffolding and boilerplates * Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes for application deployment and scaling * Familiarity with implementing and maintaining testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, etc.)   Role & Responsibilities: * Design and implement efficient npm repository strategies, including management of private packages and dependencies * Identify and resolve pain points in the development workflow through improved tooling and documentation * Develop and implement strategies for identifying and reducing technical debt * Lead initiatives to modernize legacy codebases with newer, more maintainable implementations * Establish and enforce front-end development standards and best practices * Collaborate with product managers to evaluate technical feasibility of new features * Identify bottlenecks in the current implementation and propose solutions * Lead troubleshooting of complex technical issues across the ads platform * Stay current with industry trends and evaluate new technologies for potential adoption * Work cross-functionally with other teams to ensure seamless integration of ad technologies * Balance maintaining existing systems while implementing strategic improvements * Create and maintain standardized project scaffolding templates to ensure consistency across new initiatives * Lead the development and continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes * Establish best practices for build processes, testing automation, and deployment strategies
