Projects and Location
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Projects and Location Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of multiple projects across various locations. This role is responsible for ensuring project deliverables are met on time, within budget, and aligned with company standards, while also managing logistics, site coordination, and resource allocation.
1) Project Management
- Plan, coordinate, and manage end-to-end execution of multiple projects simultaneously.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
- Liaise with internal teams and external vendors/contractors to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Prepare regular project status reports for stakeholders.
- Coordinate with Architects and CAD designers.
2) Location Management
- Oversee setup, operations, and maintenance of multiple project locations/sites.
- Conduct site assessments and ensure readiness before project deployment.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards.
- Coordinate logistics including site access, materials delivery, and team movement.
- Serve as the point of contact for location-specific matters.
3) Resource & Team Management
- Allocate resources efficiently across projects and sites.
- Supervise on-site teams and coordinate with remote staff.
- Provide guidance, performance feedback, and support team development.
4) Budget & Reporting
- Manage project budgets and track expenses.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Deliver periodic reports on progress, location performance, and KPIs.
