As a Product Manager for Business Banking, you will be responsible for developing and managing our suite of products and services for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). This is a full-time position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement product strategies and roadmaps for the Business Banking segmentConduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and trends in the SME marketCollaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch new products and enhance existing onesMonitor product performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvementsManage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including pricing, positioning, and marketing strategiesStay updated on industry and regulatory developments to ensure compliance and competitive advantageBuild and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, customers, and partnersTrain and educate sales teams on product features and benefits to drive sales and revenue growthConduct regular competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the marketDevelop and manage product budgets and forecastsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferredMinimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the banking or financial services industryStrong understanding of SME market and business lending productsProven track record of successfully launching and managing productsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong project management and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis toolsKnowledge of regulatory requirements for banking products is a plusIf you are a dynamic and results-driven individual with a passion for product management and a strong understanding of the SME market, we want to hear from you Join our team at IDFC FIRST Bank and help us drive growth and innovation in our Business Banking segment.
