Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Team Leader to oversee and manage our operations across major online marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, AJIO, JioMart, and Meesho. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team to ensure efficient product listings, order processing, inventory coordination, campaign execution, and platform compliance — while driving sales performance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:Team Management & Leadership

  • Lead and mentor a team of e-commerce executives and support staff.
  • Allocate tasks and ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly across all marketplaces.
  • Set KPIs, track performance, and conduct regular team reviews.

Marketplace Operations

  • Manage end-to-end operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, JioMart, Myntra, and AJIO etc.
  • Monitor and optimize listings, pricing, inventory, and content across platforms.
  • Coordinate with catalog, content, and creative teams for listings and A+ content.

Order & Inventory Management

  • Ensure timely order processing, dispatch, and returns handling.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels; coordinate with warehouse/logistics for replenishments.
  • Prevent stockouts, overstocking, and ensure accurate platform inventory sync.

Sales & Performance Monitoring

  • Track daily sales, returns, and operational KPIs across all platforms.
  • Analyze performance reports, identify gaps, and suggest corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with platform account managers for growth strategies, campaigns, and deals.

Customer Experience & Escalations

  • Resolve customer complaints/escalations from platforms efficiently.
  • Monitor ratings/reviews and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure compliance with each platform's operational and listing policies.
  • Keep documentation and reports updated for audits, claims, or settlements.

Requirements:

  • 2-3+ years of hands-on experience managing e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Jiomart etc.)
  • Prior team management or supervisory experience is a must.
  • Strong understanding of platform dashboards, listing tools, ad campaigns, and backend operations.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic reporting tools.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
