About the Company

Our Pannur unit is equipped with advanced hydraulic and mechanical press machines, and we pride ourselves on precision, quality, and timely delivery.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Production Engineer with 8–12 years of experience in press shop operations to lead and optimize our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with metal forming, stamping, and press machine setup, and will be responsible for achieving daily production targets while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate mechanical/hydraulic press machines
  • Supervise shift operations and manage production teams
  • Monitor cycle time, output, and machine efficiency
  • Implement 5S, Kaizen, and TPM practices on the shop floor
  • Troubleshoot machine and process issues
  • Coordinate with quality and maintenance teams
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and ISO standards

Qualifications

  • Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical or Production Engineering
  • 8–12 years of experience in press shop or sheet metal manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of tool & die setup, press tonnage, and material handling
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, production planning & SAP (Value Added)
