Job description

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Engineering Trainees (GETs) with strong communication skills and a passion for Production Engineering. The selected candidates will undergo structured training and hands-on exposure to become future Production Engineers in the Petrochemical and Oil & Gas industry.

Role & responsibilities

  • Participate in structured training programs to gain technical and practical knowledge in Production Engineering.
  • Assist senior engineers in design, development, testing, and production-related projects.
  • Support day-to-day operations in production engineering activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and implement industry best practices.
  • Contribute to the completion of assigned projects, ensuring quality and timelines.
  • Develop a solid understanding of Petrochemical, Oil & Gas industry standards and practices.
  • Document learnings and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

  1. Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Chemical, or relevant Engineering disciplines OR B.Sc. with basic knowledge in Production Engineering / Petrochemical / Oil & Gas.

  2. Only female candidates will be considered for this role.

  3. Freshers preferred (01 year of experience).

  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with attention to detail.

  5. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams.

  6. Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
