Job Profile
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead sales operations for all products promoted and sold by Excel Marketing Corporation in Himachal Pradesh. The role involves engaging with a diverse client base, including government institutions, educational institutes, corporates, and the private sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential B2B clients, especially in government departments and PSUs.
- Conduct regular visits to departments to understand current and upcoming procurement needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and procurement officers.
- Track and follow up on timely payment releases and documentation, including work completion certificates.
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts to management.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 35 years of experience in direct sales or B2B sales preferred (freshers are also encouraged to apply).
- Local candidates will be given preference.
- Own conveyance with a valid driving license is mandatory.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively; target-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Office applications.
Compensation: 30,000 35,000 per month + performance-based incentives + travel allowance.
- Salary is negotiable for deserving candidates.
