Role & responsibilities

  • Designing of New Projects and Estimation of Costs.
  • Preparation of Project Specifications and Equipment Standard Specifications
  • Coordination with User departments and Project Teams and render support.
  • Correspondance with Industry experts, OEMs.
  • Analysing technical offers against various tenders and issue of Technical Evaluation Report.
  • Introduction of New Technologies.
  • Coordination with Civil, generation Engineering dept.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Should have exposure of: Worked in Operation / Maintenance / Testing / Construction of Transmission or Generating stations
  • Should have knowledge of Transmission system / Electrical Network / Power System Software / Regulatory aspects of Business / Familiarity with TBCB / Familiarity with Indian & International Standard
  • Should be able to work independently / lead a team, good analytical, communication and liaising skills. Should be able to Interact with OEMs and internal customers, and have negotiation skills, business & Technical writing skills
  • Exposure to ERP packages (SAP - MM / PM / PS modules), Document Management System, Financial Process & Costing, Procurement process, EPM processes etc.
  • Worked in Operation / Maintenance / Testing / Construction of Transmission or Generating stations and aptitude for design
