*Location:* India *Experience:* 6-12 years *Education:* BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Aerospace, or Polymers *Openings:* 1
### Key Responsibilities - Manage engineering activities including *Bill of Materials (BoM), **Engineering Drawings, and engineering change management such as **ECN/ECR*. - Utilize in-depth knowledge of carbon pultrusion wind spar cap products and CFRP composite processes. - Navigate the complexities of the carbon pultrusion manufacturing process. - Apply expertise in the *APQP4Wind framework, **Six Sigma, **TQM, and **ISO certifications*. - Bring creative thinking and strong problem-solving skills to drive engineering improvements.
*Preferred Experience from:* Gurit India, TPI Composites India, Vestas India, LM Wind, Nordex Wind, Indore Composites, Boeing India, L&T Composites, TATA
