Your Mission:

As an On-Page SEO Specialist at QRTiger, your role is to optimize our website's content, structure, and user experience to improve search engine rankings and enhance organic traffic. You will focus on creating and refining on-page SEO strategies that align with our overall digital marketing goals, ensuring every page is search-engine-friendly and user-centric.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct keyword research to identify high-traffic, relevant terms and integrate them effectively into web pages.
• Optimize website content, meta titles, meta descriptions, headers, and image alt tags to align with SEO best practices.
• Analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, or SEMrush, and make data-driven improvements.
• Audit website structure and internal linking to improve crawlability and indexation.
• Collaborate with the Content Team to ensure all published material is SEO-optimized and aligns with brand voice and strategy.
• Improve page loading speeds, mobile responsiveness, and overall website performance to enhance user experience.
• Monitor and report on website performance metrics, such as organic traffic, bounce rates, and keyword rankings.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in on-page SEO and implement them proactively.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical SEO issues, including canonical tags, schema markup, and structured data.

What You'll Bring:

• 5+ years of experience as an SEO Specialist, with a strong focus on on-page SEO.
• Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Proven ability to conduct in-depth keyword research and implement strategies that deliver measurable results.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms like WordPress.
• Excellent analytical skills and a results-driven mindset.
• Up-to-date knowledge of SEO trends and Google algorithm updates.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• A collaborative attitude, working seamlessly with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
